I have a problem, every time I try to enter the client, then I get first that it loads and so I see a message "Please delete your cookies and log back in again." and I've done that message says, but it does not work.

Originally I was getting the splash screen for reloading after you have cleared your cookies, but I fixed this by going to the client.php under \app\tpl\skins\martin and changing line 17 to my IP address.

Now I'm experiencing what appears to be the same issue as most people in this thread -- which is the 76% error.

If you get that error where you need to delete your cookies, go to client.php and change the ip there.

Connect your hotel to your database? Edit the config.php? Import your database into phpmyadmin?

your database_host is not at localhost,, put it at localhost or 127.0.0.1
