Sort items

Hi,

I wanted to sort my items id table. Everything is random now.

But, after sorting all the ids, my Wireds don’t work anymore.

Also, the configs in the Wireds are gone, while they still exist in the extra_data & wired_data in the items table.

Does anyone know how to sort the ids, and keep everything working as before?

I’m using Arcturus Morningstar 3.5.3

Why are you sorting ids in the items table for?
Don’t touch existing ids, they link up to your furniture data and if they mismatch, congrats, its broken.

Sounds like it’s time to revert the database back and stop messing around with things you don’t understand yet.

I did a backup beforehand, indeed!

But, do you know if there are ways to sort things?

You can sort the order of catalog_items there should be like order_num or something. Same with catalog pages.

As for ID’s, you don’t need to sort those. You’re just gonna mess more things up in the process and won’t be worth any satisfaction you get from having properly ascending numbers because it’s otherwise pointless
