Seems rather salty criticism usually includes what could be improvedThere is a clear difference between being salty and stating facts.
I have nothing to be salty about. I don't own a hotel.
This is my personal opinion. If you can't handle criticism, you shouldn't own a hotel.
Had you given me some pointers on how things could be improved, I'd gladly take it on board, but due to the rude and blunt nature of your response, it was taken as salt.. I mean, your next message basically says I should not take you seriously?
I mean, it definitely wasn't constructive criticism.. would that make it a personal attack on the owner? There are two sides.
Some users do this just to personally attack the owner.
If it's constructive criticism, then yes, the users' opinions matter and should be taken seriously.
