MINOR UPGRADE !
Features
  • Reworked one model of room, i make a little (big ?) mistake... :D
  • Work on servers, we can now move simultaneously in room, but need improvement
  • Trying to make server scalable... Not easy
  • Avatar imager 95% (generate avatar sprites in 125ms)

Oh thank you ! I don't want to loose the "Habbo Spirit", but i'm not a graph ! So for the moment UI is nice, but tomorrow, it can be a big shit x)

I really like these kind of initiative. If it wasn't some personal problems (no money on the pocket to buy a device to develop my projects lmao) i was joining into this vibe of new client engine totally from scratch with html5. But for now something makes me curious: what about the communication between client-server and vice versa? what is your solution to 'keep' (xD) a clean, secure and fast communication to send high amount of packets to every client and from all the clients online to the server?

I haven't this solution for now... All packet are decrypted, you can see everything (if you search a little...)

Since I'm on server, i haven't touch the client / UI, but I will post some screen on my work done before on the UI :)
The project is not dead at all (some people asked me)

Public room, but is really bugged ! It need many improvements... We use the same model system as Habbo, so we just need background, offset, ect...

The server is not really OK ! I make many test with Mocha, Chai & Sinon.js, the only problem is the client. I can't test my client for the moment, and it's a shame, because i have a problem with the types... I will found a solution :D

Multiplayer screen will coooooooooooome ! Now you can see player enter, leave rooms, move, rotate, ect... I need to migrate pathfinding to the server (current) and improve it a little !

I make some tool for test server resistance (idk if it's the right word...). Just launch, enter port and it will generate 1 or 321565422 players who start and room and move in it.

I recommend use PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Also PixiJS could come in handy (Cyclone uses it). ;]

As if what another projects stack includes really matters. I'm sure that he'd rather use something he is familiar with rather than something else. People choose what frameworks, languages, etc to use because it's why they know. I'm all for Mongo or Postgre but considering how most people can't even fix a 76 error I wouldn't trust them with it.
