Remove (2).DS_Store, .htaccess from your wwwroot and try again. And, install PHP brother (you need to install it from Microsoft Web Platform Installer).

Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program, if you find PHP 5.x then it means you already have PHP installed.

Then install it, open Microsoft Web Platform Installer, search for PHP 5.3.10.

Try rebuilding your VPS then (through the control panel of your VPS provided by your hosting company).

I mean on where you login to see your VPS status, billing, where you can restart, shutdown and boot up your VPS.

yeah i was there but didnt find anything only reboot and make a support ticket.

Then send a support ticket to the staff of your hosting company and ask them to rebuild (on PC, it is reformat) your virtual machine.
