RevCMS/EMU client problem.

I need help i've forwarded all the right ports
80-80 TCP/UDP
30000-30001 TCP/UDP
20-21 TCP/UDP
3060-3060 or whatever isn't required because it allows access to phpmyadmin

So ll I need to do is "Apparently" change my "sever_ip" to enable connections but 86.154.116.87 won't allow me to connect when i change the config.php.

I need help please.
