No it wouldnt. If you were to completly redesign everything and redo it all, then sure, it would be legal.
No it wouldnt.
As 1 your still using habbos images etc..
2. If you do take all of habbos files and completely transform it into a brand new game (non-related to habbo), thats still illegal as you have used Habbos content as a base without permission.
So all in all, Habbo Retros are illegal, regardless of how many changes you make, your still using their copyrighted content as a base or as it is
Even remaking a brand new game, still using habbo content as a base is illegal as you dont have permission to use their content as a baseI think he meant remake all of it, even images. But guess what? :O, That's called making a game. The idea is not copyrighted at all. You can make a game just like Habbo if you wish.

So true, you will be stunned that they will actually fuck a retro. They wouldn't have to take them all down (or to court). They'd just take the ones that exceed a certain user online count, and scare the rest shitless.
Habbo retros are illegal mainly because they emulate the original Habbo game and the fact that the images you see on a Habbo CMS is actually from Habbo.no its not trust me
You can make a game like Habbo IF you do not use anything from them as a base, example - the sprites of each avatars or the concept of the SWFs and the server etc.I think he meant remake all of it, even images. Client code is still theirs. You have to create a whole new client and new graphics for it to be legal. To be honest, our cms's and emulator's are created by us so they've got nothing against that. But what's copyright infringement is the swfs.If someone was able to create new bodies etc. It would be totally legal.
That will be still illegal not unless you actually make a new game server with different technique on serving the game, making Habbo as a base is not allowed too.Client code is still theirs. You have to create a whole new client and new graphics for it to be legal.
It's been done before for another game, they took an emulator and coded a client from scratch that worked on the emulator. You can't copyright packets, otherwise we have issues, let's just hope Oracle doesn't sue anyone under networking terms? The CMS uses Habbo webbuild. The emulators uses the way how Habbo actually runs, and the graphics as well and most of the features there are also from Habbo.

LOLThey really cannot do anything. We have a different cms, custom furniture, staff. We have paid for Phoenix and a domain and a vps.
If sulake takes you to court it would be rather stupid having an arguement over a game. Sulake should be greatful that we play some form of Habbo. Seriously sulake get a life.

it was my opinion dumfuckLOL
You're probably the most retarded person I know, and here is why.
Because you own the intellectual property of a so called "Phoenix License" doesn't mean you can't be taken down. Phoenix is meerly an emulation of Habbo Hotel which allows the game to run, whereas Habbo Hotel to actually keep their hotel stable run multiple on various different servers at their main centre. If a person goes from Habbo Hotel to a retro, Sulake Oy are losing money because their user count is dropping. Sulake have all rights to the game and if you haven't noticed, Sulake isn't a person, it's an organisation, and the workers do have lives, as they earn money for working for that organisation. It's not stupid that they take people to court, even if it does cost them money to do it, as it is still theft from their company user-wise and also digitally wise in that aspect too, considering you're running from their Habbo SWF's which were simply just cracked, their images that they created which are automatically copyrighted and trademarked to them as a formal company, as well as the fact that you're more than likely still also using codes linking to the actual official Habbo Hotel site too, which also explains the CMS side of things. You still contain in your CMS links to their site which is theft, such as their site images and also cache. Domains meerly cost nothing either, being one who resells them at cheap prices myself, Sulake Oy have paid thousands to secure their domain to ensure that nobody else can register it, even when it expires, as it is still their intellectual property as Habbo Hotel is a trademark of Sulake Oy. You also base your custom furniture off their images and a VPS you can simply buy from many google links, so that doesn't make you special.
How the fuck dare you think you can be all in the clear because you buy a few things from third-party creators, such as Aaron for phoenix, a random VPS company and domain host. LOL. Dumbass
I only see one flaw with what you said, Actully, the reason retros are illegal are because of the SWF's. those are Habbo's.it was my opinion dumfuck
