[Release] Custom Enables

Hello, Devbest.

I recently made a custom SMG enable for HoloRP. I then discovered that other hotels were stealing it earlier than expected, so I decided to release it on behalf of getting the proper credit:

You must be registered for see links

Also, while I'm here, I may as well release my simple edit on a car:

You must be registered for see links

Also, a poop handitem:

You must be registered for see links

All of these were made by me, and if you're using them, I just ask that you don't take credit for them.

This is only for RP? No Plus emu?

It can be used on both rp and r63b because both utilize plus emulator for one and also because its an swf image, as long as you configure it properly, itll work.

Create a spot for the enable you want to add in you're effect.xml
after you've done all that you may need to rip the swfs yourself.
