Phoenix 3.11 Dropping Connections

I am using Phoenix 3.11 emu and it's dropping connections after client view here is a prntscr:

of it I can't use any other emus because my port is 1232 for proxy well I guess I can change it and also the CMS I am using is UberCMS 2.0 please help :L

Turning it to 0 haven't solved my issue its the same error :l

Thanks for the emu Lewis but I solved my problem I had banned my IP in ban table in database o.0

To prevent this from happening again, change 'iplast_forbans' (or whatever) to '1'.
