Nope that has nothing to do with the hotel but your domain not being directed to your vps ip... if u search your hotel by your ip you will see its probably working

Sorry had a busy day. I actually took it off the domain and tried with just the IP of VPS and it didn't work which lead me to finding my issue. Thanks though!

Then try to re-import your db.

enable flash on your browser. this is the common issue... use google chrome also

i havent made a retro since i believe 2018 although i still probably know how to set them up.
