Hello Devbest This is very difficult to explain without actually showing you but I can't as it can happen randomly. when a user talks it can sometimes delete there message just before they press enter to chat away, it's like theirs some sort of filter but there isn't as sometimes you can say the word and sometimes you can't. When a user chats it can be deleted then it gets sent out as a space instead off the actual chat that they wrote.
Really hard to explain, so if you still don't have a clue what I mean then just let me know as I'll try explain it more or even show you if you went on my hotel. If anyone knows what this is then it would be much appreciated if you can tell me what it is and how to fix it!
