Any pointers to improve cms? Don't wanna use the habbo theme that everyone else uses - but if i get no users with this cms, i may have to.

I personally dislike the navigator menu. I can't quite put my finger on what it is. It may just be that I am not used to that type of design or that I have not seen it as much lately. If I can give you more of a definitive answer then I will .

Apart from that I do like the look of the hotel.

Liam here and my honest opinion is that cms reminds me of BrainCMS. However it is starting to improve, I would recommend a cms like HabboAPI which can be found on a rival forum, it does really stand out (coded by bilson)

I remade habbo.coms site a while back and i don't really like angular if i'm honest, just a personal opinion. Is HabboAPI just a framework for building an angular site, or does it have a theme also?

It is an actual theme similar to uHabbo.

I think it's probably the large amount of colours. I try to only work with 1 or 2 base colours and that's probably what is bothering me about it.

obviously it wouldn't be left grey, but thoughts on a darker bg?

I assume since you're running on @Damien's emulator, his additions will make the client stand out, but I suggest you update, get rid of the old catalogue, etc.

Already added new furnis, still more to be added. Yeah we're on his emulator, it's a nice emu to be using! We are still deciding what to do with the CMS at the moment. I want to keep it as it's unique, but it just doesn't stand out at the moment.
