1. Make sure you have Right Dcr's?
2. Is your emu running.
3.DO you have a correct client.
4. PM if more problems.

Most likely your DCR's haven't been setup correctly OR they are down(if you're using prehosted ones), i suggest you to check the DCR's. If it still don't work, post here and we'll try to help you as best as i can..

Yea, Is the hotel Rp or Retro. If RP I recommend you host your own dcrs.

its a phpretro and i host my own dcrs plus im using ham as i carnt port forward

Buy a Virtual Private Server (VPS) to keep it running 24/7.

Or, SOme webhosts actually work with filezilla to get a retro running. Or hamachi?

Hamachi is better than a webhost.. as most webhost doesn't allow your server to connect with the CMS,

Portforwarding is easy, aslong as you have your modem/router, Go to portforward.com for more details!

Try using pre-hosted DCR's first, to see if your hotel actually loads via that way, then check your ports and IP's so that they match with the emu...
