I need help my RP Php Retro :D

I got the Rastlulz Rp Retro Pack for php retros but i got Tortise Svn And Xampp Ect. Idk What to do know :S Im a Noob In this thing , its my first time . So Please comment on help and thank you. I will also include a Owner spot on the hotel , for the person or group to help me . ! Happy Saints Patrick Day!

What version are you trying to make?
v26 r61 or what?

Here are some basic steps, I'm writing this at school so my teachers think I am doing some work, lol.

1) Put all the files on the desktop in a folder called RP Pack. (CMS, DCRS, EMU, DATABASE).
2) Drag the CMS and DCR's to the htdocs folder in xampp.
3) Upload the database to phpmyadmin.
4) Edit the config.php file in the includes folder.
5) Go to the database, go to the cms_settings edit to whatyou need, like the site url.
6) Change the variables to the destination that they're in now.
7) Edit the mysql.ini file in the emulator file, (bin/debug/bin).
8) Run the emulator (you need the net connector, 5.2.5).
9) Edit the DCR's ain the housekeeping an dports, also do theports and IP in system_config.
10) Done.

(NOTE: This may be advanced for you, but I write it fast at school).
