How to change Top BG Color ?

How to change TOP BG to an Hex I want to use CMS I am using is "UberCMS 2.0"

Top BG? You mean the header-container? Well I am rusty on Uber CMS I haven't used it in a while, I think it is "web-gallery/styles/style.css" and search for "header-container"
