Housekeeping Help

So, I may sound dumb here but I've been off the computer for quite a long time now.

Ok, so I want to access my House Keeping page but I have no idea how to get there - I used this tutorial how to create my retro:

or localhost:
localhost/ase

In your htdocs can i see inside the ase folder?

My folder is called 'hk' though, that don't matter does it? This is inside the folder:

try: localhost/hk
or: localhost/hk/index.php

None worked - must be an error somewhere
