@SentimentalX when I have set the link in the config file to my domain, it refuses to work/ load the page. When I set the URL to the VPS IP Address it loads normally? Help please?

Should be free yes, but i recommend using a vps and buying a domain haha, VPS are alot easier than using XAMPP, because when your localhost pc is offline, the hotel is offline!

Go in kvm in the portal from vps provider and probably turn your vps on lol.

Firewall could be too high to block rdc connections.
