I have made a desktop application for DevBest.
It is just a simple web browser that loads DevBest.
This is just release 1, I would love to get some ideas and new features to add in future releases.

This was done quite simply , most likely used Visual studios added the browser addon and linked it to devbest.com , If you are going to release it for Mac then you will need XCode , to release it as an IOS program. And i am not sure if you have OS X / mac with you.

Its alright i guess, but imo its pointless for people to use, as why cant they just open devbest within a normal browser?
I understand that this has been done for learning, but what makes it unique for people to use it over Chrome?

You can already do this with chrome by adding DevBest.com to the Web Applications.

What's this coded in? If it's a .NET language, you're just using IE's `api` to make your own browser.
Look into development with webkit or gecko. Much better engines (faster, more secure & more modern).
