If the banner URL isn't the DIRECT url to the image then it wont work, password might not be long enough and/or doesn't have numbers? i think it has to have at least a number. hope i helped.

i went to your site, your logo is a little messed up, registering is to, and the select a room thing is DEFINITELY messed up. and your client doesn't work.
