4it's is a 76% reload error. Epichosts is a 76% one time and 403 Access is denied. Your proxy wont even work at all now its off completely for some fuck all reason. 4it's is off as well. But it works fine on the VPS IP. Sooooo, obviously its an issue with the proxy.

I don't know what it is about hosting and TCP Proxy but I have both an 4it.bz TCP Proxy and Epichosts TCP Proxy and they are both having issues currently. 4it works for one minute then it doesnt the next. I just need a damn reliable TCP Proxy before I shoot myself.

This is just a plain RevCMS edit so it should be fairly simple to setup. I believe the issue you are having is due to the fact that you are using xampp instead of IIS, with that being said try and check your PHP version as RevCMS requires a PHP 5.6 im unsure of the issue tbf. wait for someone...
