White character, no clothes, and no furni PLEASE HELP

I have a revCMS, phoenix, r63 hotel and i have a problem. My client loads all well but my character is all white, i cant select any clothes and i cant select any furni to buy form the catalogue nothing will load. Could somebody PLEASE help me thanks. I appreciate it very much!
