Which IP Do i use?

I have downloaded No-ip Client it works most of the people i tell to go on it they said it work but its my computer ip now when i change the ip i port fowarded it doesnt work so here is a screen shot that i portfowarded

I did that but my friend are telling me its not working its my router ip that it put it start with 192.168....... yea

K First Go to run
Then go to cmd
type in "ipconfig"
look up until you see your default gateway
type your default gatewayin the adress bar
when it asks you for a pass if u havent set a pass yet use admin pass admin
go to your portforwarding page
type in those ports,select both,your ip adress should be in the ipconfig so look there
then hit save settings
go to

If it still wont load,try restarting your router.Best Of Luck.
