VPS + retro help

Hi, new to the retro world, Just wanting to know basically if this is enough space needed to setup and run a habbo retro. My other question is, is their some sort of tutorial anywhere about how to install/upload a retro to the vps and any decent cms systems in English? as the only ones I can find are for those hosted on your computers.​

Guaranteed RAM - 128 MB
Burst RAM - 256 MB
Disk Space - 15 GB
Premium Bandwidth - 200 GB

ControlPanel - (cpanel & direct admin not included)
Webmin: F!

Thank you. Any guides anywhere on how to upload/install the "emu"/drs etc? first time with a vps. :L

ps; it's an linux vps btw.
