TCP Proxy Setup..

So the title mainly says it all but let me elaborate. So I've just purchased a TCP Proxy yesterday, and I tried changing the config.php IP of my VPS to the IP of the Proxy, and it didn't work, it would just make the emulator say the Proxy IP everytime someone tried to connect to my client.. I've never really set up a TCP proxy before so if I could get some help, that'd be great?

Change the IP or whatever it is on client.php to the proxy.

Don't put the IP in config.php, replace the server_ip in client.php and replace the port too.

Go to client.php and add the proxy ip and proxy port. Go to your emulator config and change to your proxy ip here: game.tcp.proxyip=YourProxyIp

Im 100% sure that he has already solved this issue, almost 2 years ago... Look at the date.
