Room Backgrounds not working

Hey guys, so I have a question about room backgrounds. For some reason they are just not working for me. When I set it to an image it wont work. I tried checking perms but those are fine, I tried it through multiple (direct) links to the image without success. Also I tried putting it in a folder and then locate the file in that folder but this also didn't worked. Is there maybe anything that I overlook.
 
It could be because there is nothing in my database but where in the database should I look?

Hi Mau,
Try uploading the image on your wwwroot/htdocs in the c_images folder inside SWF. Go to SWF -> c_images -> create a folder called room_ads and put the image there. Go to the ads_background furni and change the url to
