[REVCMS] Client only loading at the top.

Hey guys, I am having a problem with my client.
I am using RevCMS 1.9.9.9, Gold Tree Emulator, KidRamboDubstep's SWFs, Xampp, PHPMyAdmin.

I made a retro just to try it out, not for official opening. Just for the lulz.

From my perspective, I personally think it is a web build problem? If anyone knows the current web build, please provide it. Thanks!! ;D

Check app/tpl/skins/{yourskin}/styles if there any client.css
