No it works with Phoenix or any database that's more up to date.

I kinda did rush things a bit but i'll make sure to clean the code in my spare time if i ever consider releasing it.

This release is 3 years behind Habbo, so yeah makes sense if it doesn't work. It's probably due to Habbo Web-Build not being up to date, you can always change it by fixing updating CSS links or just update entire CSS folder ( which is harder and takes more time).
