Set api as false in the configuration for revcms. If you keep getting d.ced then you've proberbly done something wrong it the config for the swfs.

It's all your shockwave flash files; the file you put into your htdocs, probably named swfs. Its where your external vars are.
This is what your config may look like

/gordon is where all my swfs are stored.
Maybe you should follow a more uptodate tutorial.

Yes, r63 is the where the swfs are stored.
Make sure in your configuration all the links lead to that folder, like in my case, gordon is my r63.

To get other people onto your hotel, you need to port forward or buy a vps and buy a domain. Like i said before you have to disable api in config.

its called thehabbos usually mate. If you can't even find R63 folder maybe its best if you don't try to own your own retro until you get experience (hands on) Because problems occur and if you can't solve them or you can't at least try to solve them by yourself then tbh your best bet is to not own a retro. But anyway, you have to disable the retros and change your redirection link to a vote.php file (you have to make a text file and rename it to vote.php) and redirect them there, so they click the image (code given on retroslist) for them to vote, and then redirect them back to the client! Goodluck.
