Pack AIO - Arcturus Edition V3 (Pack Update that helped hundreds of people)

I didn't post the V2 update on the forums in order not to seem boring, but I was overthinking it, so here's what was implemented:

V3 (08/2024):
• Arcturus 3.5.3 (from 3.5.2)
• Custom Clothes 08/2024 (from 04/2023)
• Latest AtomCMS && Latest AtomHK update [08/28/2024-28/08/2024)
• Updated Visual C and Java
• PHP 8.2.12 (latest on Xampp)
• New catalogue, updated 2024 (previously all items cost 0 coins, now the prices are correct)
• Pack Plugins added
• 2,594GB to 2,645GB, only increased 50.4MB

V2 (05/2023): General:
• 3.227GB to 2.594GB, -633mb (nothing has been deleted compared to the other version, even some things have been added)
• Updated Visual C and Java
• PHP 8.1.17 (latest on Xampp)
• Now Database included in the Pack to facilitate 10x the transfer to IIS or others CMS & Client:
• Arcturus 3.5.2
• Custom Clothes 04/2023
• Latest AtomCMS update (probably you can update CMS directly in htdocs now)
• AtomHK included (you need to configure it for your domain, it is already installed, also the most current version) • Symbol issues for ranks below 7 fixed

It's the easiest tutorial in this world, you can have your Habbo in literally 30 seconds after unzipping it, as it's a portable pack and completely ready, you literally just need to unzip it, turn on xampp and the emulator.

it has. for example the hk is not standalone anymore and has way more features. the cms also with a new theme and new features etc.

You could just install v1 Atom and then do an upgrade to v2 which is easy enough
