Need help to make a hotel

I had a hotel 1 year ago but REALY much have happend. seems like none use this ''loader'' anymore? what is the new and how to install and setup this right?

To make a hotel, i can only the OLD habbo. but much have happends last year, new login system and codes and all. need help plz.
