Need help catalogue wont load for staff members

Catalogue wont load for moderator , can someone please send a query for this?

Moderator rank cannot see the catalogue, its just blank. there is nothing there.

Might be a bug in the emulator, like there was a bug before where mods needed to add their badge everytime because it got deleted or something.

The problem is in your catalog_pages the SUB tab of a ccatalog tab has a DIFFERENT min_rank then the main tab
