Recruiting Looking for RP Files and/or RP Developer!

Right, so I need a developer for an RP. Someone with experience and who knows how to set it up. I know how to regular retros up but I am not familiar with what is good for RPs (emulators, swfs, etc..). I was wondering if anyone is willing to:

1. Set up the RP, get it working.
2. Work on the RP after release to ensure constant updates.
3. Provide me with files or places where I can find RP files. (Yes I've looked on Google, nothing updated)

Even if you can help with just one of the above, it would be greatly appreciated.

There is actually many RP devs out there, but I just don't think anyone will dev for free.
