Whiling to pay someone $100+ if there able to do the following
-Custom CMS e.g( change little things on it that i want changing)
-Emu change the loading logo to my hotel logo
-Emu change the home letter `H` to a letter 'N' on the emu
-Add the new furnitue / clothing that i haven't already got. E.g ( if i have missed any)
-fix up the shop. Also adding the name colours.
-Adding a few commands.
-Add my staff badges to all the set ranks ( will give you info so you understand it).
-Custom emu

Do not waste your money on things that can be added in 15 minutes, you could pay a decent developer to create a new emulator for you with that money.

Well that's a good idea but i do need them things sorted. Can add that to my list

I disagree with you. I will be paying $100 only if they are able to do all the bullet points.
