localhost BLANK page, habbo retro & xampp

i've tried to research this on internet but couldnt find any else than that skype or something that uses port 80 is open but if i close them it still doesnt work..
followed 100% this tutorial until he goes to localhost and tries to register, but the page is blank on me. I can see the favicon, but only white on the page.
