Hey once again users of devbest I recently started making a Habbo Retro using Silverwave Emu and for some reason even though ive followed this tutorial correctly

it wont load when I type in LocalHost?? Can someone help me on this one please

I will appreciate who ever helps me fix this error as I cant seem to get it working
