(HELP) Client doesn't work - reason: Flash ?? (HELP)

Hello,
This is mysterious....
5 Hours ago, every user connect to the client without any problems.
Now, NOBODY can connect to the client because it shows the flash player is disabled - but the flash player is enable!!!
On Safari & Internet Explorer it works without any problems - but chrome, opera, firefox etc. all browsers show the same problem.
Does somebody knows why ?

screenshot? if client is black its a flash problem. if its not black then its not a flash issue.

Ok, this is strange...
The Problem was after 20 Minutes automatically away... Now, everything is working fine... Without i changed anything.
However, thanks that you want to help me
