The article says it's the actual Habbo Hotel (which is a mistake, as they mean a Dutch Retro Hotel), however it probably is HabMoon hotel manager Laurens. HabMoon is also a Moderator over at RZ.

I've confirmed the firstname and partial surname with one of the Moderators over at RZ, which does match. Also the age of Laurens matches HabMoon.
