Google Chrome --> Internet Explorer

Well Im a Bit confused because I changed my logo and background in my images folder and they do not show up but they still have the old way of looking of my cms and when I use internet explorer everything is changed why is this.

When I use Google Chrome:

You must be registered for see links

When I use Internet Explorer:

You must be registered for see links

Why does this happen?

No I haven't I've just changed the pictures of the background and logo and they seem to be visible on IE but not Google Chrome

Try a different page because one screenshot was on staff.php, and another on me.php then reply.

Also my Logo isn't showing what file does have to be .png or .gif
