Furniture disappearing when hotel reloaded?

Hello,
I am having a bug on my hotel, I am running PLUS Emu, if I place grass patches down and reload the hotel they're not there or not in my inventory, and the coin balance is as if I bought them, this happens to a lot of other furniture as well, I am using grass patches as an example, please help.
