Feedback First animated banner

Hey,
I was bored, so I decided to try to make a decent animated banner in photoshop.

How can I improve this?

Not really an improvement, but more like a whole other banner design; you could have it so like 2 habbo's are talking and each have a few lines explaining things about the hotel i.e. DDoS Protection etc.

The images don't exactly match the banner background image, and it makes the two look separated.
Make sure that the 1px white border goes all the way around.

My photoshop has broke(I am reinstalling it now), I need 3-5 screenshots of rooms zoomed out, or I can find some on habbox.
