What is it now...?
The new Hydr will be a project site where users will be able to share projects that they have made to the public under any open-sourced license easily.

The API.
The API will still be accessible. Plus many more features to come! You can also suggest some features to be added!

What I have in mind would be around 20th of June. So be sure to wait for it!​

It's free for starters. Those there are just expansions. And yes I'm just started to use Bootstrap.

Yeah, that's Bootstrap.

And got to agree with him, obviously know a benefit down or something, or have a trial.

So its just the same idea as sourceforge?
To compete against a site as big as that, your gonna need unique features which they dont for you to be successful

Okay. I've decided to scrap this project as it is shirt of many important features. I've handed the source code to someone else.

It does seem like a good idea, however to compete against existing sites, its gonna need that extra touch to give it the boost.
