Catalog Issues. Tried solving myself.

A lot of you guys have probably seen these posted before, and I've looked all over for a solution so now I am posting. My catalog either shows the preview fine and then when you click on it it's a black box / or the preview doesn't show and when you click on it the furniture shows fine.

I have tried setting my SWF paths and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
Inside my hof_furni I have an icons folder with all the PNGs

And I've set my external var and override vars, to where it would be (idk if I did properly) /swf/dcr/hof_furni/icons/ <----- ??

Let me know if you want to codes or images. Thanks. (Yes I cleared cache, multiple times)

What I had to do was copy every "icons" and paste them into hof_furni so I wouldn't have to find the script...

And also I heard about changing "icons" to "icon" then clear cache...
 
I know it's stupid but: I was too lazy change the code
