Do you have a vps? How do you plan on hosting this retro is the question before people can help you mate...
Are you asking for someone to tell you how to make one or to make one for you? Also do you have Team Viewer?

A private one, would crash nearly instantly constant heavy connections.
Do you not know how to make retros in general or just rps?
It's the same process mate as making any other hotel. You just have to find the rp files which I'm sure if you look in the cms release section you can find a cms

If only that would ever be released :L (Roleplay edition) the kid is asking for an already made emulator, not a base btw. If we are talking base wise I'll base it on the IDK Project or even Sierra if anything

Its because OCvReckeR cant code, unfortunatley he used to be a staff at a RP I worked at, while he had experience owning a retro not coding one...
