An emulator for v26

Hello guys, does anybody have an emulator for a v26 RP?

And if you can, SWFs from a v26 RP. But it isn't necessary now, but much appreciated if you give one.

RP ones, not original. Like ObboRP emulator etc.. I've already got XAMPP, XoaCMS and rest, just need an emulator.

Any help? And if you don't know what emulator means, the abbreviation for it is EMU, now you probably know.
