A theme for IIS & 404 Problem

My I'm making an IIS retro but it has A 404 problem I would take a pic but I un-installed everything so sorry I have no proof.. My 2nd situation is I need a IIS Theme because most are For xampp Post your links & comments under this & Comment for 1st error Thank you

and have you tried to install helicon ape ?! when you do install it make sure to install IIS Rewrite 2.0 !

Yeah I was going to download it but the Mother frikin electricity went off .. Dominican Republic Is ass when it comes to that Also Internet! Slow as fuck

Use microsoft web platform, to get iis manager then look for helicon ape then get url rewrite 2.0 from the web platform after all those installed it should work perfectly.

If your on localhost then yeah it would work great, even if your on vps it shall work great !

You know habbo theme right? In xampp the folders are xampp/htdocs/app/manag/

So my question is... Is it the same for IIS as in when i go into wwwroot it has some folders.. Is it the same as xampp folders?

Configuration.php wwwroot>app>management>config.php
Themes wwwroot>app>tpl>skins>(theme)
To install habbo theme ( Download theme) Place index.php in wwwroot, place the folder in app>tpl>skins> and edit config
