I don't got anything wrong with what you said, I just quoted your message cause that's where the problems are when 76% occurs. And people working with IIS tend to forget that they require a web.config.

If it had to do with the web.config he wouldn't be able to login or register. The web.config is what rewrites all your page rules so it's not his problem. He just has his swf pack as his disconnect URL and directory browsing is turned off. He's disconnecting because he's not connecting to the emulator.

The time you are wasting for someone to spoon feed you the answer through this thread, you could have had it solved if you followed the steps of other threads for "client stuck at 76%"
