1 User can't see the rooms

A player on my retro can't load the rooms? Everyone else see him but he cant see the room
It's only on that character, we've tried different browsers and computers

Any errors? Does the room load for that user? Does the room work for other people? Is this user seen in other rooms too? Can this user enter any room or are they all like this?

All rooms are like this, but ONLY for this user.. Everyone else can see him but he can only see the "startscreen" He can open the catalogue, chatt and such..

That sounds weird, is there any logs in the logs folder in the emulator?

I used to have this issue for a specific user if their user ID was changed, check if that's the case?

Do they have a valid rank assigned to them?
And did you change their user id like platinum said?

Did you adjust anything on their account ? Could they see the rooms before? What changed?

I had same problem when i had a retro, i just restart the emulator (it was on for 5 days or more)
