I'm following this tutorial and it shows that you need "Server Manager" to be open and running but cant find it administrator tools? I've tried downloading it but after I try and run it, it shows this: Cant find server manager anywhere.. :/

I understand that I may be asking too many questions when it's better to go and look for the answer myself. Thank you everyone for being so helpful w your tips :) EDIT - by the way do I need purchase anything like a server or anything even if I want to develop the hotel for myself on localhost?
