You pay for dreamweaver, it's not a necessit. And kryptos what do you mean by you need it on a webhost to work, if you code some html in notepad then save it as whatever.html and open with a browser it will show.

All you really need to code html is notepad and a brain. Although some people like me like to use a program called Adobe Dreamweaver but I only use that when I'm making a layout as it's easier to see the changes I make. Check ouy a website called w3 schools to learn the basics : )

Basically the code is'nt a hack itself if thats what you mean, its just a html page with some fancy javascript effects. If CamShy hacked a hotel for instance on a VPS he would name this index.html or whatever and delete the CMS files. Try it out for yourself by copy and past into notepad and...
