iDream it depends on how much you are willing to spend I recommend if you're spending 300 - 400 get a HP notebook, My other computer. If you're spending 800+ get this ;) Sony Vaio FW Series. Thats what i have

Is there an install? No. Because this has not been properly released its not likely to be included. The way to set it up is put the db in your PHPMyadmin andchange the config file to suit your PMA details.

Though the new VBulletin does look very sexy ;)
